1. Financial Data & Calculators

Free Web Tools: If you use our free calculators (like the ROI or Margin tools), the numbers you enter are processed entirely in your web browser. We do not transmit or store these inputs on our servers.

Vizbix Pro: If you upgrade to our Pro software and choose to "Save to Cloud," your financial data is securely transmitted and stored in our database so you can access your history later. You can delete this data at any time.

2. Accounts & Authentication

When you create an account, we use Google Firebase for secure authentication. We store your email address to identify your account and verify your subscription status. We do not sell or rent your email address to third parties.

3. Payments & Billing

We use Razorpay as our secure payment gateway to process Vizbix Pro subscriptions. We do not ever see, collect, or store your credit card numbers or bank details on our servers. That sensitive information is handled entirely by Razorpay.

4. AI Features

If you use the Vizbix Pro AI Consultant, the data you submit for analysis is sent to our secure AI processing servers via Cloudflare. We use this data strictly to generate your strategic insights. Your private financial data is never used to train public AI models.

5. Automatically Collected Data & Cookies

Like most websites, we collect basic technical data to keep the site secure, monitor performance, and understand how our tools are used. This includes browser type, approximate location (city/country), pages visited, and IP address.

We use cookies for essential site functionality (like keeping you logged in) and basic analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features (like logging in) will not work.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/SSL) to protect your data during transit. Our databases are secured behind strict access controls. However, no online service is 100% immune to breaches, and you use the platform at your own risk.
